The setting is solid 14k yellow gold. The ideal size solitaire will go up to approximately 2 ct if the diamond is mounted on a tall tiffany mounting. The opening on the wrap is 6 mm. That means the mounting of your solitaire must be smaller than 6 mm to fit without having the bridge adjusted by a jeweler. This wrap weighs 2.1 grams and is a size 6, easily sizable by your local jeweler.
